We utilise only the highest quality, FDA approved, equipment which has been proven to give the best and most efficient. This commitment to cutting-edge technology ensures that guests receive the most advanced and effective treatments available.
Unfortunately, if you arrive late, we may have to shorten your service in order to complete it in the agreed-upon time so as not to impact the experience of other guests. We appreciate your understanding in this and will do our best to accommodate you within the allotted time of your appointment.
To enhance your experience at Myrah, we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to acquaint yourself with our facilities, and indulge in a peaceful moment with a chilled refreshment. Furthermore, our reception team will be delighted to assist you in customising your own unique spa journey.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we kindly request that you notify our reception team at your earliest convenience.Services cancelled prior to 24 hours before the appointment time can be rescheduled within 30 days without a charge. Please note that services cancelled or postponed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will not be refunded and are subject to the full service fee.

For Myrah Gift Cards purchased online, redemption will only be processed after the full payment has been successfully credited. We appreciate your patience as processing may take between 24 to 48 hours.
Children below the age of 12 are not allowed on the spa premises.
Myrah is open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on Sunday.
Myrah is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited to ensure a healthy environment for all guests.
Please note that heat and hydrotherapy services are not suitable for guests below the age of 16, pregnant individuals, or those under medical supervision. If you are currently undergoing medical service or suspect that you may be pregnant, please inform our reception team during your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
